Not an emergency service

Divadd Health™ is a lifestyle wellness marketplace—not a medical, crisis, or emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911. For mental health crises, call or text 988.

01

How Vendors Are Reviewed

Every partner passes a structured, multi-stage review before joining the marketplace.

  • Multi-stage application: business details, ownership type, credentials, and member offer.
  • AI-assisted initial scoring flags risk levels (low, manageable, additional review, high).
  • Human review team evaluates mission fit, quality, and member value before approval.
  • Conditional approvals require additional documentation or remediation before going live.
  • Active partners are re-evaluated periodically and may be suspended or terminated for violations.

See our vendor review dashboard and partner application process for details.

02

How Professional Licenses Are Verified

Licensed professionals must prove active, unencumbered credentials.

  • Professionals submit license number, issuing authority, and jurisdiction.
  • We verify against the relevant state licensing board or national registry where available.
  • Licenses are checked for active status, restrictions, or disciplinary actions.
  • Verified credentials are displayed as a badge on the provider's profile.
  • Members can report suspected outdated or invalid credentials at any time.

Verification does not guarantee outcomes; it confirms credential validity at time of check.

03

What 'Verified' Means

A clear, honest definition of our verification badges.

  • Verified Vendor: business identity, ownership, and contact details have been confirmed.
  • Verified Professional: active professional license has been checked against an issuing authority.
  • Verified does not mean endorsed, guaranteed, or superior—it means identity or credentials were checked.
  • Badges reflect status at the time of review and may lapse if re-verification fails.
  • Absence of a badge does not imply a problem; some categories do not require credentials.

Always use your own judgment and read member reviews when choosing a provider.

04

Product Safety Standards

Standards for products listed in our healthy shopping marketplace.

  • Food and consumable products must comply with applicable FDA and USDA regulations.
  • Vendors disclose major allergens, ingredients, and nutrition information where required.
  • Products making health claims must include appropriate disclaimers and not promise cures.
  • Supplement, cosmetic, and personal care products must meet labeling requirements.
  • Recalled or prohibited products are removed promptly and vendors are notified.

Divadd Health is a marketplace; we do not independently test every product.

05

Supplement Standards

Extra transparency for vitamins, supplements, and herbal products.

  • Supplements must comply with FDA dietary supplement regulations and labeling rules.
  • Vendors are encouraged to share third-party testing (USP, NSF, ConsumerLab) where available.
  • Struct/function claims must be accompanied by the standard FDA disclaimer.
  • Products marketed as treatments for disease are prohibited.
  • Members should consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

Supplements are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy the same way drugs are.

06

Complaint Handling

A fair, documented process for resolving member concerns.

  • Members can submit a complaint via the Support Center with full details and attachments.
  • Complaints are acknowledged and categorized by urgency (normal or urgent).
  • We facilitate communication between member and vendor to seek resolution.
  • Serious safety complaints may trigger immediate listing review or suspension.
  • Outcomes are recorded; patterns of complaints influence a vendor's standing.

Complaints are handled in good faith and may take time to investigate fully.

07

Review Moderation

How we keep member reviews authentic and useful.

  • Only registered members who interact with a vendor can leave reviews.
  • Reviews are screened for spam, profanity, off-topic content, and fake engagement.
  • Vendors may respond publicly but cannot remove legitimate member reviews.
  • Incentivized or paid reviews must be disclosed and are clearly labeled.
  • Suspicious review activity is investigated and may result in removal or account action.

We never edit the substance of a member review; we only remove content that violates policy.

08

Data Privacy

How member data is protected across the platform.

  • Health and wellness information is treated as sensitive and handled with extra care.
  • Employers sponsoring memberships cannot access individual wellness activity or health data.
  • Members control sharing preferences and can request access, correction, or deletion.
  • Vendors receive only the information needed to fulfill a booking or order.
  • Privacy requests are managed through the dedicated Privacy Portal.

See our Privacy Portal for full rights and how to exercise them.

09

Advertising Disclosures

Transparent labeling of paid and promotional content.

  • Paid placements and sponsored vendor content are clearly labeled as 'Sponsored' or 'Ad'.
  • Affiliate or commission-based recommendations are disclosed where applicable.
  • Vendors cannot pay for favorable reviews or to remove negative reviews.
  • Promotional offers and discounts state eligibility, terms, and expiration clearly.
  • Editorial and educational content is kept separate from paid advertising decisions.

If you see unlabeled advertising, please report it so we can review.

10
